Project and programme delivery
A project without a full-time owner slips. We provide an interim project manager for a defined period — without a hire, and without six months of getting up to speed.
Interim project manager in Serbia: what you get
We take over a programme that is under way or about to start and run it to handover: scope, schedule, budget, vendors and reporting. If it is already slipping, we begin with an audit (service 03).
What you have at the end
- Programme plan with critical path and phase budget
- RAID log (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies) plus a change log, updated weekly
- Weekly status report and monthly steering committee pack
- Phase gates with acceptance criteria and a decision log
How we work
How an interim project manager engagement starts
A weekly rhythm, clear gates.
In the first ten days we take over the plan, the RAID log and the contracts, and meet every vendor. From then on: one status report a week, one steering pack a month, and every gate decision recorded in a decision log. We work to PRINCE2, agile or hybrid methods — whichever fits the way your programme and your vendors actually run.
The first step is normally a delivery assessment: two to three weeks, fixed scope and fixed price, with written findings. Only then do we agree further work, if any is needed. See Engagement models.
Frequently asked questions about project delivery
What is the difference between a project and a programme?
A project has one goal and one end. A programme is a set of related projects that together deliver one business change — and that is where control is usually lost, because each project looks fine on its own while the whole slips.
How long is an engagement?
From two months to two years, depending on the programme. We usually start with a two-to-three-week delivery assessment and agree scope from the findings.
Full time or part time?
Both. Large programmes need someone every day; a portfolio of smaller projects is often run on two or three days a week.
How much does an interim project manager cost?
It depends on scope and on how many days a week are needed, so we do not publish rates in advance. The first step has a fixed price: a delivery assessment takes two to three weeks, and you receive the price in a written proposal before anything starts — with no obligation to continue.

Who runs your programme from Monday?
A delivery assessment takes two to three weeks at fixed scope and fixed price. Once the findings are in writing, we agree the takeover — full or part time, for a defined period.
