Delivery assessment
The programme is late, or nobody can tell you the real status. Two to three weeks, fixed scope and fixed price, written findings with priorities. No obligation to continue.
Razbor is a Belgrade consultancy that leads IT programmes and projects on the client's side, whether greenfield or brownfield. We run scope, schedule, cost, risk, project teams and vendors, and work to the standards your organisation or sector requires.
You can bring us in at any phase of a project, and we adapt quickly to its pace.
You get: an experienced programme manager inside your team, for a defined period. You do not get: licences, training, a development team or slide decks.
What you can buy
The programme is late, or nobody can tell you the real status. Two to three weeks, fixed scope and fixed price, written findings with priorities. No obligation to continue.
You have a programme and no one to lead it. We take it over for a defined period, full or part time, until it lands or your own manager takes over.
A portfolio of projects with no single view. We set up and run the PMO, with executive reporting, until your team is ready to take it on.
A missed deadline or a blown budget. Fast diagnosis, re-planning, vendor negotiation and scope brought back under control.
Programmes led by Razbor's founder, in earlier engagements.
Who leads the programme
Every engagement is led by Razbor's founder, Branko Đurić, who has spent more than 15 years leading IT, cloud and ERP programmes with teams of 5 to over 100 people. The firm is small by design and carries no juniors who need billable hours: the person who leads the programme is the person who does the work. Behind him stands a company — a contract, an agreed scope, written reporting and a handover.
Why Razbor
A programme has an end date; a permanent hire does not. Our engagement lasts as long as the programme and ends with a handover, with no ongoing commitment.
The difference is not headcount but structure: a contract with a company, an agreed scope, written reporting and a documented handover. You buy an outcome, not hours.
No pyramid of juniors here. The person who leads the programme is senior, and does the work.
Their interest lies in the licences and hours the programme consumes. Ours lies in your go-live date.
How we work
Two to three weeks, fixed scope and fixed price. We review the plan, the risks, the vendor contracts and the real status. You receive written findings with priorities — and no obligation to continue.
We write down exactly what we take over, who decides, how issues escalate and what success looks like. No well-run programme exists without it.
We work inside your team — planning, the RAID log (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies), vendors, reporting. One status a week, one executive review a month, no surprises.
The programme is handed to your people or to support, with documentation and trained process owners. Our goal is that you no longer need us.

Organisations where the founder worked and led programmes, and the customers served during those engagements. Razbor was founded in 2026 and has held no contracts of its own with them.
Questions
The first step is a delivery assessment: two to three weeks, fixed scope, fixed price. We do not publish prices because they depend on the size of the programme; you receive a fixed-price written proposal before anything starts, with no obligation to continue.
