Choosing a service
We take over a programme that is under way or about to start and run it to handover: scope, schedule, budget, vendors and reporting. If it is already slipping, we begin with an audit (service 03).
We set up a project management office that people actually use: a single view of status, agreed priorities, a defined escalation path and decisions made on time. Also available as an interim PMO.
An independent assurance review of a project that is late or over budget: the real status, the root cause and what can still be saved. You receive written findings with priorities, with no obligation to continue.
Preparing people and the organisation to actually use the new solution, with a risk register reviewed every week.
Client-side leadership of ERP and other business-system implementations, including SAP S/4HANA, and of cloud migrations (AWS, Azure). We are vendor-neutral: our interest is your go-live date, not the number of licences sold.
Before anything is bought, we establish which process is the real constraint, what is worth changing and in what order. The result is a transformation plan broken into projects, each with an owner, a deadline and a measurable effect.
Engagement models
Fixed scope, fixed price, two to three weeks. Written findings on the real status, risks and priorities. The most common first step.
We take over the programme for a defined period, full or part time, until it lands or your own manager takes over.
We set up and run a PMO for a portfolio of projects, with executive reporting, until your team is ready to take it on.
For programmes that are late or over budget: fast diagnosis, re-planning, vendor negotiation and scope brought back under control.
Method
We use AI assistants (ChatGPT, Claude) for first drafts of plans, RAID logs, status reports, business cases and meeting minutes. Everything they produce is reviewed and signed off by the programme manager before it reaches a client. It cuts the administrative load and leaves more time for what cannot be automated — decisions, vendors and people.
