This page explains what data we collect through razbor.rs, why we collect it and how long we keep it.
Who is the data controller

What we collect
- What you enter in the contact form: name, email address, optionally company, phone, topic and the text of your message.
- Technical data logged by the hosting provider for the security and operation of the site (IP address, time of access, browser type).
Why we collect it
Solely to answer your enquiry and, if it goes that far, to prepare a proposal. We do not use it for newsletters and we do not pass it to third parties for marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become work are deleted no later than 12 months after the last correspondence. Where a contract follows, data is kept for the periods required by law.
Cookies
The site uses no tracking cookies and no third-party analytics. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which therefore receives the visitor's IP address.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase and restrict processing of your data, and the right to object. Send requests to office@razbor.rs. You may also complain to the Serbian Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection.
